The Canada Express Entry Program is an electronic immigration program designed by the Government of Canada. It allows people from all over the world to apply for immigration to Canada based on their specific skills.

Temporary Resident Visa/ eTA

The temporary Canada visas allow the person to stay in Canada for a specific period of time which is determined by the Canadian Consulate or the Border Services Officers (BSO). This time is usually up to 6 months. However, the temporary visa can be single entry or multiple entry visa.

Overseas & in-Canada Spousal Sponsorship

Canadian spousal sponsorship is how a Canadian citizen or permanent resident can sponsor their partner to come to Canada and live permanently.

Parent & Grand-parent’s Sponsorship

Canadian citizens and permanent residents are able to sponsor their parents and grandparents to immigrate to Canada.

Super Visa

The Canadian Super Visa allows parents or grandparents of Canadian citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents to visit their children or grandchildren for an extended stay.

Study Permit – New/Extension/PGWP

A Canadian student visa is given to those who have an admission from a Canadian university to complete their studies. If you are going to Canada to study for less than 6 months, then you can only get a TRV visa, but for more than 6 months of studies, you will need a Student Visa.

Business Class Immigration

Business immigrants are people who can invest in, or start businesses in Canada and are expected to support the development of a strong and prosperous Canadian economy.

Humanitarian and Compassionate Cases

People who would not normally be eligible to become permanent residents of Canada may be able to apply on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Humanitarian and compassionate grounds apply to people with exceptional cases.

Replying to Procedural Fairness Letters

A procedural fairness letter is an email or letter electronically sent by an immigration officer. The officer sends that letter to allow a visa candidate to respond to a concern about the documents that have been submitted by a visa seeker.

LMIA

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker.

Work permit – LMIA Based/Open

Canada Work Permit, or a Work Visa, is issued to eligible overseas individuals to work in that country for a specific time period. People need to apply for a Work Visa only after getting a job offer or an employment contract from a Canadian employer.

Canadian Citizenship

To be eligible to become a Canadian citizen, you must: be a permanent resident. have lived in Canada for 3 out of the last 5 years. have filed your taxes, if you need to.
